Welcome to Shop KrLo. By accessing or using ShopKrLo.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must place the order and accept these Terms.

2) Account & Accuracy of Information

If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current information (name, phone, address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

3) Products, Availability & Pricing

  • Our products include kids toys, kids accessories, learning items and related products.

  • Product images are for illustration; slight color/packaging differences can occur.

  • Prices and availability can change anytime without notice.

  • If an item is out of stock after you order, we may cancel/refund or offer an alternative.

4) Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we process it and (where applicable) confirm via WhatsApp/SMS/call. We may refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • incorrect pricing/stock errors,

  • incomplete address/contact details,

  • suspected fraud or misuse,

  • repeated refusal-to-receive history.

5) Payments (COD / Online)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where supported by courier routes.

  • If online payment options are offered, payments must be completed as shown at checkout.

  • For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery.

6) Delivery, Shipping & Tracking

  • Delivery timelines vary by city/area and courier operations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or incorrect address/phone details.

  • Tracking is shared when available. Delivery attempts are handled by courier policies.

7) Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation before dispatch. If the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • We may cancel an order if verification fails or the product becomes unavailable.

8) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Kids Products)

We want you to shop with confidence. Returns/exchanges are accepted only under the conditions below (unless a specific product page says otherwise):

Eligible cases:

  • wrong item delivered,

  • damaged item received,

  • missing item(s) in parcel.

Not eligible (generally):

  • change of mind,

  • normal wear & tear,

  • damage after use,

  • items without original packaging/tags,

  • clearance/discounted items (if marked final sale).

Return window: report issues within 15 days of delivery.
Process: contact us at support@shopkrlo.com with order number + photos/video proof.
Refund method: refund (if approved) is processed via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the case and payment type). COD refunds may require bank details/Easypaisa/JazzCash.

9) Safety Disclaimer (Important for Toys)

  • Some toys may contain small parts and may be a choking hazard. Always follow age recommendations and supervise children appropriately.

  • Shopkrlo is not liable for misuse, lack of supervision, or use outside recommended age guidance.

10) Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product photos, graphics, logos, and design are owned by ShopKrLo or used under permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without written approval.

11) Reviews, Comments & User Content

You may post reviews/comments, but you must not post anything abusive, misleading, illegal, or infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website,

  • use the site for unlawful activities,

  • misuse discount codes or promotions,

  • impersonate any person or entity.

A: Haan, COD available hai (selected cities/areas). Checkout par availability show hoti hai.

Q2: Delivery kitne din me hoti hai?
A: Usually 2–5 working days (major cities), remote areas me zyada time lag sakta hai.

Q3: Order track kaise karun?
A: Dispatch ke baad tracking ID share ki jati hai (WhatsApp/SMS/email), jahan available ho.

Q4: Damaged item mile to kya karun?
A: Delivery ke 15 days ke andar order number ke sath photos/video bhejein, hum resolve kar dein ge.

Q5: Return/refund policy kya hai?
A: Wrong/damaged/missing items may be returned/refunded. “Change of mind” generally accepts nahi hota (unless stated).

Q6: Kya toys age-wise recommended hotay hain?
A: Haan, product page par age guidance hoti hai. Small parts walay toys me adult supervision zaroori hai.

Q7: Parcel receive na karun to kya hoga?
A: Repeated refusal orders future me block/cancel ho sakte hain (COD misuse prevention).
