At Shop KrLo, we want every order to feel like a win—especially when it’s for kids. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, we’ll make it right with a clear, fair process.

You can request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
2) When You Qualify for a Refund
You’re eligible for a full refund (including delivery charges) if you receive:

If Shop KrLo sent the wrong item or the item is damaged/defective, Shop KrLo covers return shipping (or arranges pickup, where available).

6) Product Variation Disclaimer (Kids/Handmade Items)
Some items (especially handmade/crafted or printed designs) may show minor variations in color/finish due to manufacturing batches. These are not considered defects unless they affect functionality or safety.
